Sharky47,

I do a lot of machine work too and you will find, with the fuel rail, Lindsey does give you the rail portion for a good price.

I already made one and by the time you buy the stock etc.. You could have bought one. Unless of course you make 20 of them and get a jobber price on the fittings etc..

I have lots of unique parts made but can not talk about it unless I become a sponsor.

Stay tuned!

How about aluminum doors- I understand the ones on the new 997TT save a ton of weight....? Also, aluminum hood...? Always up for lightweight parts... The seat rails for aftermarket seats would be cool, if made of lightweight material... i'm looking into some Recaros or Momos...

If I send you some screw in injector inserts do you think you can make solid plugs with a hex top out of aluminum? I want to plug the factory injector hole in the head (924 turbo) and re-locate EFI injectors to the intake runner.

That shouldn't be a problem, just give me some dimensions - I know what your talking about though, I have parted a 924........

The door lock posts are a good idea, those will have to go on the CNC machine when one frees up.

That is easy - assuming no DOT certification, send me a part to copy and/or dimensions and I can make them for less.......

Ever thought of doing the sunroof gears in aluminium, I know they are made in plastic on purpose but they break too easy and aluminium is still soft enough to give if the clutch is misadjusted.

just an idea.

HA! i got an easy one for you...

A euro plate bracket for my NA that will allow the euro plate overtop of my front bumper pads. Somewhat like zehnd's. if you need the dimension from the bumper to the pads i can measure.

Any type of metal would be fine as long as it doesn't rust.
THANKS!
