seems like a profesional kit and at low psi shouldn't be to hard on the engine. i doubt anyone here has tried it... i'm guessing you'd have to move the alternator down lower and remove the a/c...
also does anyone have a website for "supercharging of knoxville?" i wonder what this kit costs from them. also why does the kit include an intercooler?

When I searched online, it says no website, but lists a phone # (423) 842-9556. There also seem to be a bunch of conversations about Superchargers of Knoxville in relation to Porsches.

Looks like a "put togeather Kit" ... I don't see a bracket so perhaps some fabrication will be needed. And I am almost sure you will need some more plumbing. Also....I was thinking of using the 951 injectors for my supercharger kit but was told, they will not work on an NA although I haven't tried it....?? I don't see any adjustable fuel regualtors, so I am guessing this was his only way to get more fuel....

i wonder what kind of hp/torque that would create?
also it says you need to purchase a fuel controler. and that it has all the brackets etc. this seems like a pretty well put togeather kit, although i'd probably buy an extra 944 to test and it on as i wouldn't want to use that as a DD or anything reliable...

SOK was big a few years ago. They advertised in Pano and Excellence. I don't know if they still do. They used to make a kit for the 944 but stopped after sales didn't justify or something. They never, unfortunately, made one for the 968 because they said the compression was too high. In reality, I think running 4 or 5 psi through a 968 is like 14 or 15 through a 951. Anyway, if the price was right, it wouldn't hurt to try.

I think there would be issues running the 951 injectors with the 944n/a injector driver. The 951 injectors are a bit higer impedance, and that could cause problems for the injector driver.
With a tubing bender and some welding skills, this kit could be easily replicated, and a Vortech or procharger could be substituted for the paxton.
