Default you all ROCK!

Alright guys, I want to thank you all for putting up with all my questions! Today my father and I finally pulled the engine out of the parts car. So in three months, I've stripped the parts car down to almost nothing!

Without you all answering my (sometimes dumb) questions about every topic (yes, some days i sware i have ADD) I would not have done any of this!

so i wanted to say thanks!!!!!

(where the engine was)

(to be rebuilt)

(LSD trans with short fifth.. i cant wait!)

(i never thought i would own 2 944's, lol)

There are 2 cylinder heads in the back of your parts car?.... interesting.
If you are not planning on keeping it, that manual rack can be worth a few bucks.

Either way, I know how it can be stripping a 944. It is kind of nice to know that you don't have to put it back together, no?

I don't think I helped, but good job! I've only pulled an engine once, it was a rotary. I guess it's all the same though... I wouldn't want to do it again unless I had to. So props to you, to all who helped.

Rennlist strikes again.

Bummer. I was hoping to make a flower pot out of it.

Don't worry... I have a perfect shell that I am going to get rid off after I am done with this one.
No rust no dents (yet) just a minor issue of a branded title... Should make a good flower pot since it already has proven it holds water (lots of water) LOL....

I actually have an old set of phone dials that I may make a flower pot out of. I think they're straight but scratched up and covered with all kinds of nasty paint. I had originally bought them as track wheels but it might just be easier to find another set.

But those ovals would make a good thing for flowers to poke out of.
