don't have any new ones yet. we had to wait for some stuff. but, we're really close.

Not sure it's related but 1 more thing I noticed is that the car starts up more easily now.

Now that you mention it a few people have told me this, and the S2 testers said the same thing about their cars in their first reports on the chips. These cars are great fun when everything works right!

I have a friend with Audi A4, when he installed a aftermarket chip the chip retailer recommended he switch his air filter from paper stock to a K&N or foam (itg) drop in filter. What do you guys thinks?

There's a thread on here somewhere about how Jesse put his cone filter up in the nose panel, check that out. Or ask him for pics/procedure.

I don't notice a difference in starting, but I do notice a huge difference in the idle (idling correctly now!) and its smoothness!
