Default coolant issue

Recently I did a oil cooler seal replacement. Today I took the car for a spin and when I returned home I heard water dripping onto the exhaust manifold. I looked hight and low but could not find the source of the leak. After an hour I went back out to see if I could find the problem all I could see was a pool of coolant that had run down the exhaust manifold to the cat then dripped onto the floor. Has anyone experienced this?

Where is the coolant dripping onto the manifold? I would examine the heater core hose connections at the firewall [passenger's side] and the heater valve behind and below the intake manifold.

Are you certain the fluid was coolant? The a/c evaporator drain hose empties [water] above and onto the exhaust in front of the catalytic convertor.
