I PM'd you.
Go to Pat Williams. His prices are a bit cheaper than Motorwerks, but it's a smaller business and I trust the guy more. I rode in a 420RWHP 951 he built and the car was amazing and the build quality was just top-notch. The car was so amazingly fast I have a permanent smile on my face ever since that day. He builds mostly race motors, but he will do smaller things too. He's off HWY 70.

It sounds strange, maybe the seller has had a lot of people act interested but then not buy. Who knows. The whole PPI things seems like a hassle to me as a buyer or a seller. I bet if you make an offer contingent upon a successfull PPI, he will come around. Just my .02$...bruce
