Dan G, Thanks for the recap! You've got a lot of great shots there, you captured it well. Cuz's trophy was best driver, and Chip got the Best Track Car. I just got home and I've got a ton of junk to unpack, and get the track dust off of my girl. I'll be on later, I'm glad ya'll had a great time!

i would say that the fest was a huge success, man what a weekend! I didnt get many shots in but im sure everyone else did. I had a blast on the track, didnt get to ride with anyone but took a few people for quick n/a laps if that counts for anything. I'm going to send a bunch of these to the new owner of my car im sure he'll get a kick out of them since he is a 944 guy himself. - i may have to get him to come out to the fest next year so i can see my car again!!! I dynoed the car and had an improved run from 125.4hp and 138.5 tq at the last fest to 128.9hp and 141tq this year!!! Thank you dan, cuz, windslow etc for voting a poor lil beat up n/a as best street/track-- meant alot to me as even though its leaving i still have alot of my own blood and sweat in this car. Its a festivous for the rest of us!!! 944fest '06!!!

A big thanks to all for the help - even though mine was the only car to go home on a flatbed, it wasn't for lack of trying. A truely great group of people.

Alan, your's was the car we couldn't get to go more than 10 feet without cutting out, right? I know it's soon, but have you had any luck sorting that out?

Alan - it was great to meet you. Sorry your car crapped out on you and hope you get things back up and running without too much hassle.
