Well i appreciate everyones input but the wife stays.

Needless to say I removed the rear reflector and hokeydude you have a PM.

I didn't have enough time to remove anything but the reflector and Saturday morning early AM the car was photographed for an upcoming article in Excellence Magazine. So I hope it is liked as is because it will be documented for all time.

Here is the back end without the reflector and some better light. I have several sets of wheels, these will be the only ones in red. I have another set of 8" wide D90's and a set of Cup 1's in 17 for DE.

Damian,

Hows things?

My son wanted the car to be red and I figured for DE use it would be fun since the car will rarely get used for street use, too bling. Just having fun but wasn't expecting the extras. The nice thing about it is it comes off easily.

We will see you and your gorgeous 968 cab at this weekends picnic, Concours correct. You must show that car it is to nice. See you there.

Paint the wheel centers black and get an AIR front splitter painted red.

I like the splitter suggestion.

Here is what it looked like before. Minus the red wheels it is pretty bland. I think the red helps it a little although not sure what to remove yet.

Also here is the picture of the back end minus the reflector. Nothing wrong with the reflecor but it was way too much with all the other stuff.

I like the stripe and the PORSCHE banner on the windshield. I'd say remove the "PORSCHE" on the doors.

And put the rear reflector back.

Who did the work? Jose or Rob?

Oh, and definately keep the wife - you need someone to be the voice of reason for you, especially regarding the purchase of more Porsches... And considering the fact that she nearly beat you at the last autocross, I'd keep an eye out - she may be taking that car out for some practise before the next event....

PS: I may just do a black stripe with white edges on my red 944S2! I do like the look.

Jose did it on Friday,

He through in the extra PORSCHE's. I am thinking of changing the windshield one with a 944 S2 script in red. Defanitely flashy compared to before.

The photographer liked it although he felt it might have been one too many Porsche's also. Took a lot of pictures especially the front stripe badge area. I need to see how it looks with silver wheels and then go from there.

take 'em off the sides, paint the centers something different, or at least paint the wheels black with red lips, put one on the rear hatch, and replace the PORSCHE center light with one that says TURBO.

It's ugly, tacky and deeply disturbing. How much do you want for it?

(j/k - it's a great looking car that doesn't need a lot of "help")

Tom,

Terry was very nice and a true professional. Although I don't think I would have stood on some of the rocks at the edge of the road with a 500 foot drop behind me to take some of the shots.

He showed me some of the articles he had done for Excellence, very nice work.

I was a little skeptical also but what the heck I figured after talking he was legit.
