^^^ Note: This item does not replace the center cap, it installs over the existing cap.

I think testarossa's second image is the best looking, and the second best is with silver center caps with painted crest.

Dude, THAT is how phone dials were meant to look. I don't know why, but silver phone dials are just plain ugly. But the way you refinished it with black and a polished rim, it looks absolutely stunning. Now I want a set of late offset 16" phonies for my 968!

Nice work! Now someone figure out the secret to making cookie cutters look cool!

I have a set of 16's on my car now and a set of 15's in the shop. I think I may attempt the repaint with the black/silver center caps either this weekend or next.

Thanks all

Here`s another center cap look I`ve painted and clear coated a colored one, here`s the result, That's definitely my favorite one.

One thing I noticed though, how long should I wait for all of this to cure, it seems very easy to chip it, on this image, a little chip came off very easily when I tried to put the center cap

Wow, those looks awesome. I redid my 15x7/8 fuchs from the silver car but put them on the new red car. which came with 15" late offset PDs (early offset car.) Do you guys think

would look good on a silver car? I also like the silver outline Porsche crest...

Multiple passes of sanding with wd40, then steel wool, then aluminium polish.

Quite simple actually, depending on their condition.

You forgot to tell them the best part!

He couldn't feel his hands for the following week!!

I asked if he wanted to do my phone dials as well. All of a sudden there was no beer left!

I would wait a bit for it to cure... I left mine in the sun for about 2 days... took em out, let em cure, brought em back in at night... same thing the next day... then, they hid in the garage until I got my tires.
