Default 944 Fest Virtual Swap Meet

I know people have lined up transactions to be carried out at previous 'fests so I figured it will be more of the same this year. Everyone can use this thread to post/call dibs/discuss things they're looking to sell, or maybe looking to buy at the fest.

FOR SALE

I have two things in mind that I can bring for a couple bucks. The first is my original 1987 944 non-S non-turbo non-LSD trans. It has about 130k miles on it, and it failed suddenly while driving one day, not during any abuse or particularly high load. I haven't cracked the case to do an autopsy, but the wisemen at the time suggested my symptoms pointed at broken shifter forks, which is apparently on the easy end of trans repair jobs. I'll take best offer on it, I'm guessing somewhere around $100? If the buyer takes it apart and finds its truely junk inside and nothing worth saving, I'll refund their payment. I won't bring this with me unless someone is sure they want it.

The other is this set of 16" chrome 968/C2 wheels...

How do you like 'them offsets! They're 7" front, 8" rear, late offset. Thing is, I believe these are off the C2, as they don't clear the front hubs. I'm going to investigate this fitment before the fest, but for now, I'd just recommend using these either with a .25-.5 inch hubcentric spacer (and lengthed lugs if necessary) or on an early offset car wearing late offset spacers. The chrome on these is still in decent shape, but it's peeling/flaking a bit where the spokes meet the outer rim. Also only 2 chromed center caps are included, I might have "simulated chrome" ones available by the time the fest comes up.

WANTED
"10 footer" 17" track wheels and tires. I prefer only genuine OEM wheels (cup I and II, boxster, twists) and Toyo RA-1 rubber
AIR Nosepanel on the cheap
968 Bridge or TRS spoiler with all the extras to finish the job

I've got a front crossmember, a well used (rebuildable) steering rack, late tie rods and a headlight pop-up motor I can bring if anyone needs one. I'll sift through my stuff and see what else may be of value.

I'll also have plenty of the "world famous" Team Harco t-shirts (XL only), Press On Regardless Rally DVDs and red-neck bug zappers (amaze your friends, wake the neighbors, hours of endless entertainment...) The last three items will be $10 each - get your orders in early if interested.

Thanks for the garage sale space Dan.

Tan passenger seat, manual, couple little tears.
2 Yokohama tires AVS ES100, lots of tread left, no flat spots or patches, 225/50/16.

I'll only bring them if someone wants them. Make offers, I'm easy.

Wow Skip, thats a sweet deal on that roll bar. I have a feeling you'll definitely find a buyer for it.

Also, I'm betting Rob Budd is going to have 20+ dash re-cover orders after the fest. I started turning the wheels on having my 951's dash recovered in alcantara before his first post on our part of the forum, and I KNOW I'm going to have him do mine after I see it in person.

I also have an almost new stock 951 clutch disc. It has so little wear, you can still read the printed numbers/text on the friction surface. $75, it was $400 new.
