I need for the 88 924S:

Front shocks, consider an onsite installation at Nelson's. This is a daily driver, so 400# is out.

AFM- I want one to play with, I'd like to try the wiper fix on a spare before I do mine. cheaper the better.

Drivers side black leather seat (will consider core, early OR late, or good Pass side too) Color not that important. Manual is fine.

To get rid of- spare 15 x 6" late Phone dial (924S) straight, true and painted with center cap.

Q? - Should I bring my kit and re-solder a few DME's while I'm there?
Should we set up a "how to fix it yourself" booth? should we get some sunroof gears?>

Travis, bring some parts!!

Hey Chris - we never did the sunroof clinic last year. My roof still doesn't close all the way. Maybe we can use my car as the test subject.

Also need to fix:
1) fuel gauge (I actually had fuel according to the gauge a couple of days ago - now I don't (again))
2) window switch on driver's door to control navigator's window.
3) need a cig lighter (functional or not) to fill the open hole
4) rear hatch pops open when new shock is attached
5) oh - the car could use a paint job....

I'm not sure it's gears. My early investigation led me to think it was limit switches out of adjustment. Anyway - it should be a lot more fun working with a bunch of sweaty, beer swilling Porsche nuts than doing all the work myself (a lone, sweaty, beer swilling nut). As long as it doesn't interrupt the continual playing of compilation CDs...

Anyone have a drivers side non-turbo front fender in guards? Mine isn't *that* bad, but I'd rather just bolt a fresh one in that doesn't need any bondo, hopefully no paint either. I picked up the passenger side for $75 shipped, I'd pay $75 in person at the fest if that sounded reasonable to someone.
