Pretty sure belt and roller kit is 130-150ish on vertexauto.com and the waterpump I got from them as well for 200ish new I believe, not remanufactured, new updated style. It is an aftermarket pump though.
Ask whoever you buy from and wahtever pump you buy for them to check for any obvious defects specifically over the phone and make sure they do. If you saw my pics from a thread back mine had some pretty ugly casting defects, it's been working fine on my car, it would just be good to have them make sure.

I definetly want the turbo WP with the block off..
Is a reman as good as a new? experiences with aftermarket?
This MUST be a reliable part. A few extra bucks wont bother me.

Remanufactureds have been known to often have issues out of the box and not last as long, for what it's worth.
I would go new definately, and I don't think aftermarket matters too much but you'll probably hear horror stories with both sides.
Laso is the brand that makes mine I think, it's the only new pump vertex lists, might be the same you get from anywhere else as well.

One more thing, you may end up getting one with a casting defect like mine anyway (even if you beg them to check), as I understand it, it is a casting defect a whole batch of them must've had because some people replied to my thread saying they got a pump that looked the same from other vendors like pelican/paragon. If you can get them to visually inspect them before sending them out you may be able to get a better lookign one though.

There is no mylar washers on the timing belt rollers, only the balance rollers, and if I remember correctly, not on the rollers you replace. If they are on the rollers you replace, you probably don't need to replace them unless your taking them off. They are included in the lower engien seal kit i believe.
