Default WTB: PS Rack Thrust Bearing - need one ASAP

I got the banjos on their way, but now I need a new thrust bearing. This is the 3-piece needle thrust bearing. I broke the thinner race (the side closest to the valve) and bent up the needles/cage to the point I wouldn't want to reuse them. Anyone have an extra of these handy? Like from a dead rack on the shelf or something? Its only the top three 10mm bolts on the valve tower to yank the valve assy and get to this bearing.

I have a line on my buddy at SKF (the bearing part number is AXK 3047). Hopefully he can get me one internally, but otherwise I'm shopping for a new one (maybe a local bearing supplier).

But if anyone has one in good condition, thats great. These don't really go bad, I just busted mine on reassembly.

I saw the rennbay bolts. Looks like good parts, but I'd rather re-use the ones I have for that price. If mine were totally shot or I couldn't find used ones from someone on here, I'd give them a shot.

Thanks for checking for me Kirk.

Rennbay's are not cheap, but were well worth it for me. Particularly when I found out a week after everything was installed that I had a slight leak back there. I had no worries about stripping those crappy hex bolts and could put a healthy amount of tourque on there without pulling the rack out of the car.

If you decide to re-use your hex bolts and you have access to a grinder I suppose you could grind some flats on the edges of the hex bolts and tighten them using an adjustable wrench. That metal might be too soft for that though...

Kirk, any luck? Anyone else have a couple? I'm not picky who I buy them from.

Jim, those are it. 2 is the minimum I'd need, but the 3rd one would be worth it for good measure.

PM me if you can help me out.

I busted mine on reassembly as well. Here is where I ended up buying my replacement.

Good link, hopefully they'll have what I need instock or close by. I've bought bearings through them before, but couldn't remember the name. Thanks.

No problem. As I am sure you already know, they should be able to match the bearing through the information stamped on it. Fortunately for me they have a wherehouse right down the street from where I work so I could pick it up there on Will Call.

I know some volume dealers like this don't want to deal with 1 unit orders, so if you run into that, I can pick it up on Will Call and ship it to you.

Did they supply the bearing with the two non-equal sized races? Do you know/remember what the dimensions on that thinner upper race were? I forgot to measure mine.
