Default Arrogant (rude) 944 owner??

I was driving the 951 to work this morning and came upon a rare site in my area...........another 944..........this one was black and been driven by an asian looking guy with a girl in the passenger side.........this was in the Livermore area............anyway I pull up alongside the guy to give the wave and he acts like im not even there........he keeps driving and so I pull along side again........but again nothing.....not even a look in my direction........so I blow by him.........and a while later he pulls along side and still nothing........

well I guess its not mandatory to acknowledge another 944 owner (or is it?) but I never expected to be snubbed by a 944 guy.........what a *****......

sucks that you even had to work today....then to add insult to injury, the guy didn't even follow the code. What crappy way to start the day!

Nah......J/K.........it wasnt too bad........it was a N/A so maybe he thought that if he acknowledged me I would want to race and then he would be shamed in front of his SO.

An adjective to describe the girl and him.
***** & bag That is is a Duchebag.

However, he could have been scared that you were going to embarass him by blasting him in the 951 with his girl there.

No excuse for the standard acknowledgement.

If you put your foot down and the guy doesn't react, then you know he does not want to go for it. But you gotta give the waive!

I rarely get an acknowledgment from any Porsche, 944 or not. I've given up making a real effort. In the parking lot is different and I get in all kinds of conversations with owners of all kinds of cars.

The Miata, on the other hand, gets a good share of waves.

Agreed. I guess us Miata owners are just plain cooler than us 944 owners.

Owners of higher-end models notice the 924S, but nobody else does. I haven't ever come across another 944 so no idea about them.

I usually give a thumbs up or a smile to fellow 944 owners and 968s'. And why should we not all do that? Hehe.
