Default Thinking of doing some Body work/door for sale?

My car had some rust when I got it in 2001. The problem has gotten worse and I am not sure what path to take. I am a DIY kind of person so I want to do this myself. Background:
Car was keyed then sprayed from Maaco (over 5 years ago) They sprayed over the rubber seals, the door bump guard, door handle, etc. nothing was taped off. I now have rust bubbles starting near the center of the door guard and to the bottom of the door. My door handle is painted black and the mirror looks like hell. On top of this problem I have some serious rust from just below the stone guard on the same side. Pics.

Should I just get another door with a mirror/handle attached? or should I repair mine? I have not particular attachment to "my" door. why should I, I have already replaced the dash, seats, hatch, valence, fender, wheels, most of the engine, transmission, etc.

I have a door for sale if you're interested. It's off an 86 951, but it's white.

Well I was thinking that if someone has a black one and could bring it to 944 fest we could do the swap out right there! That would make for a nice infield activity. I am going home over the 4th of July so I am going to check some of the parts yards in the area.

The last pic...I can't seem to figure where that is?...I know it's a lower body panel but where? Sorry for the goofy question.

I have a black one, but it needs a respray and has had everything stripped off of it (seals, hardware, etc.) In other words it is just the panels.
