Default Trip odometer re-set?

Is there such a thing as a trip odometer re-set ****? New 89 944 t owner and have no idea where this animal lives. Any help is appreciated.

The reset button is in the center vent closest to the cluster. It looks like a small adjusting **** but you push it in and it resets the trip.

Helpful hint:

Only reset it when the car is stationary. The gear inside the cluster is well known for its tendency to strip.

does not re-set? Any easy fix....if such a thing? 1989 T with 61,6XX miles

Switch has to be on (or engine running). It resets electrically.

You are also sworn to secrecy. Too many people make $$ off of betting people they can't find the reset
