I started drawing circles on your pictures, then I sort of got lost as to where I was. If you can wait until tonight I'll pull out a fender and shoot a picture for you. They're there under the goop. There's also one at the bottom of the fender under that mud, well you can see the tab where it attaches to the body.

It's basically top, middle and low, evenly spaced. Remember to go verrrrry slowly pulling the fender off the body as that undercoating will tweak the fender if you yank it too hard.

I posted photos of them a while back. A search should come up with them.

I'd repost them, but the pix are at home and I'm a work.

Note, there is body caulking, sealing that fender to all panels inside the fender well (if its still original, or the person that ever replaced it, replaced the body caulking like they SHOULD have). You will find that you'll need to cut this body caulk loose BEFORE you get very carried away at prying that fender off, when ALL bolts have been removed.

It sure would help to pressure wash that inner fender well off, before ya get started. You'll see much more that way. Good luck!

I've used two methods to loosen the fender caulk: 1) cut it with a blade or razor saw and stick razor blades in between as you go so it doesn't stick back together; and 2) get all of the bolts out, and cut it with a wire, like those used for cutting windshield seals, again sticking razor blades or something for spacers as you go.

Also, if you have a heat gun, you can work it more easily after heating it.

Cheers,

Tony

after geo posted that pic i got it easily. i had cut all along the top already, and after getting the 3 bolts out, i used a bottle of mapp gas to soften up the whole inside seam.. popped right off with a good tug.

where can i get the body caulk to reseal it after i paint it?
