Default Windshield Visor clips

I guess some of you know what happens to the stock Porsche windshield visor clips after 20 years... They fall apart. I epoxyed my driver's side 20 times at least until I would glue it, and it would just flake apart right above the glued seam. Today it fell onto the floor and I crubmled it into tiny pieces in my hand.

I give up, what can you replace them with? They are shot in my parts car too (passenger and drivers) I was going to do copper wire wrapped aropund the screws... Made into a hook to hold the stupid visor outta my eyes.

Easy, replace them with new parts. Why do a cheap-o wire wrap fix, you drive a Porsche not a Sentra (no offense intended). I think they're about $7 each.

I found it on Pelicanparts.com for $5.50. I'm gonna replenish those my hood shocks, and also, depending on my part's cars', I'll get some rear hatch shocks. I just saw the link for pelicanparts a few minutes before I started this thread- a great website!

$3.79 available here (You may want to change the model and year just to make sure. This one is for mine).

I've actually found a BETTER working clip than the Porsche one!

I have one question: Do these clips help prevent the visor from sagging?

I've replaced the origonal clips with the same Porsche clips, and if they don't crumble, they still don't do better at holding up the sagging visor.
