...which reminds me of the last time I was involved in a hit and run...

I got clipped on the Wilson Bridge on the Capitol Beltway. I got the tag number of the faded red, mid-80s Honda Prelude and driver that hit me. He didn't stop.

I went to the police. They wouldn't prosecute, saying it was my word against his... So much for my 10-month old paint...

Make sure you hit the "block caller ID" code before you set up your wardialer like that. Wardialing is illegal - I believe it's federal statute as well.

Royalty, Norfolk just handed you a box of tissues and told you not to leave any laying around. Civil case?? Only thing you're going to get is more of the run around. What does it cost to have prints lifted that are admissable? You really need a set of his prints in your car and add the expense to your follow up civil case to garnish his prision allowance.

Do you actually think he's staying at "momma's" house, she's prolly given him the boot many times. Borrow a friends car and do a little PI work.

PHP Code:
they won't dust for prints, a detective probably won't take the case... and you wonder why people take the law into thier own hands
You could return some creative fire but as long as your car is acessable what's the point.

Keep in mind, if he suspects/knows his latest victim is on to him (shouldn't be to hard to figure out a time frame when his ID was lost), that changes the dynamics of the game!

We should all go to his house and just laugh at him when the police go to pick him up! Classic, just classic. That is probably the same guy who broke into my sister's place in DC. My sister has a pitbull (best alarm system ever) and she is such a baby, but has a mean bark. Anyway, the guy broke in and Rosie (the dog) started barking at him. My sister's land lord heard Rosie barking and looked out the window. Well, the guy didn't like Rosie barking so he kicked her. The land lord heard Roise yelp and the next thing she saw was the guy running (or at least trying) down the sidewalk with Roise locked onto his leg. Rosie ripped up his leg so badly that he had to go to the hospital to get this leg closed and the police where there waiting. This is another classic case of dumb people. Best part is I can't tell you what a baby Rosie is!!!!!!!!!!!

*Off Topic*
Big dogs are like that.

We've got a 112 LBS Chesapeak retriever and barks like all get out when someone is at the door. Don't know how long anyone would last with him if they broke in. But around family, he's a baby and all he wants to do is cuddle, but he's too hot for too much of that. :-)

It's possible to dust for prints yourself, and not too difficult. Very find black power and a make-up duster...
I forget the power, but there are subsitues that can be used.

Yea, but without a reference library, and even possibly a computer searchable database, what's gonna do for you?
