That would have to be a hell of diabolical plot for someone in the hood to come up with. Fisrt to find a repeat offender for car breakins, get his id, break into a car, steal nothing, and then plant this guys ID!

A plot like that is stupider than the truth. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

I mean lets get real. This man is 26 yrs old and doesnt even have a drivers liscence, he has an ID! Thats the **** minors carry around.

yes and no. It was issued to him just ender 30 days ago. SO that tells you that he lost one before this one. Seems highly possible that he doesnt ahve a wallet so he jsut put it in his pocket.

You guys know jsut liek i do that the seats in teh these cars are very low and stuff can easily fall out of your pockets.

If he broke into the car, be probably stole some stuff right?
So if he stole some stuff, and it's the right guy, that stuff is probably at his house,
or at a pawn shop in his name. If that's the case, then you got your evidence right there.
Even if your stuff is not there, if it's the right guy, he will probably have stuff he stole
from other cars at his house. And if so, those items will be listed on police reports.

Its too bad VA stopped putting social security numbers on ID cards, or we'd really be having some fun.

if he planted it (i dont think he did) he was very smart by picking a guy's who has a record of breaking into cars, stealing stuff and then pawning it off...which is exactly what the guy did.

and from the look of him, he doesnt look so smart

Wouldnt be a good idea to mess with the guys house. He likely rents and some poor landlord would be replacing windows etc because of his schmuck renter.

<flame suit on>
All these calls for retribution, and arn't we still not beyond a reasonable doubt as to his guilt (as far as the legal definition is concerned)?

Besides, they outlawed posse's and vigilantism for a real reason you know. Take the chance of getting caught doing this stuff, and you'd be charged as well. If it's a black neighborhood, it could even possibly erupt into another King riot like thing. Is it really all worth it?

Let the cops do what they are supposed to. Fix your car, and get on with your life.
