If you can take some pics I am sure that some people here have the parts. There are several parters/doner owners out there that can help out they just need to know what they are helping with.

Does your motor work? When you push the sunroof switch, do you see or hear anything happen? If you say your sunroof lifting arms are missing, then you should be able to reach up and push up the roof at any time, as far as you want. If you can, then just lift it up to like 45 degrees, unlatch the front latches, and pull the roof off.
If your roof is not able to go up and down freely with the push of your hand, then your lifting arms are in fact still there, it's just that your motor or switch or fuse is broken.

The motor works i can hear it when i press the button , but i can just push the sunroof up as far as i want anytime with out using the motor so i guess the arms are gone. If i replace those will it work right if the motor is still good ?

The arms might still be there, they might just be retracted. There's a microswitch that tells the motor when the arms are retracted - sometimes that fails and the entire cable will unwind into the rear of the car. Open the hatch, and remove the side carpet on the driver's side. The motor is there, and if you see a big coil of cable behind the motor that's what happened. The fix won't be too bad, or you might want to just find the manual latches from an earlier car and use those, and forget about the motor, cable, arms, and all that stuff.

your car doesnt have the $8 gears that this guy told you it would take to replace. i bet your arms are just retracted.. once mine was giving me issues and the arms werent moving, but the motor was going... i tore it apart thinking it was gears... 85.5 had old style sunroof. so no gears. but i played with the triangular switch at the front of the sunroof just clicking it while messing with the switch, and i got them to re-engage
if they are in fact retracted, make sure your key is only in position one for acc. this is where it needs to be for them to lock in the sunroof
