Hey, I'm just curious from the photos -- did you buy this car on eBay from a guy in Santa Monica who's always flipping cars? He seems like a nice guy, but I've always wondered about his worksmanship...

I know the one of whom you speak. Nice guy on the surface but a total snake-oil salesman. I'd personally never trust anything he sold.

ya the car came from the rat bastard.....title is not clear, because of him i have to put a bonded title on it just so i can put tags on it, or use it as a parts car or track car.

But oh well, 1k and its outta my hair.

ya, i bought this in june, and didnt know anything about these boards or anything. the guy was a very good talker, and it all sounded good, but the title was screwy and i lost 4500.

i would track it, but my 86 turbo is tracked out as it is, and i dont have the use for this one sitting in my back yard.

Ah, I've been screwed like that too. 2K later I have a completly rebuilt Conquest in my backyard I can't sell for $300.
