I believe they will never go back to oil cooling in the future with the 911 or any other model. Why do they have no idea what they are talking about?
I only highlighted that portion. If it was meant that our cars were the future of porsche then that is what i i'm talking about. Not the water cooling issue.
Also do your homework the Gemballa Porsche Carrera GT is $2 Million and puts down 1000hp. An LS1 can do that for less than 2% of that price.
...on pump gas, with reliability like a grocery-getter,never needing to worry that it will blow up / break if you run it flat out until the gas tank is dust dry? Ever wondered why the Veyron is so insanely expensive? Because making it last in it's environment isn't like making a Fueler last 5 seconds...you can't ask a buyer of a Gemballa CGT or a Veyron to ride the thing no more than 100 miles between full rebuilds. That's the reason for the 7 digits.
There is "nothing" glorious about the 944 engine. I'll call it exactly what it is, the 944 engine is a Bitch. Plain and simple. It demads all your time and money and gives little in return.
...which is usually what people tend to call things they haven't worked out how works and go for huge displacement instead...65hp/liter is NOTHING. Which means that a 380 hp 350 just barely passed the stock 944 in terms of power per displacement. In other words,it has only then just started making power...
If somone can take this underpowered and over technical gerbil under my hood and replace it
