Surprisingly for the type of owner it appears to have... it looks like it is actually well taken care of. Check for receipts on waterpump/timing belt, and mileage since these items... Check the best you can for electric gremlins, besides that i can't think of much> Someone had a whole list. It may be a good idea to get a PPI (pre purchase inspection) from a porsche shop or dealer, it only costs 100-200 dollars and they will check it for everything it could be.
Also check clutch, clutch is a big job.

I tend to steer clear of cars that have been molested or owned by boy racers. Who knows how he drove that car, it could have been redlined with a cold engine on a daily basis, drag raced, etc etc. When I buy a car, the vibe I get from the owner is a huge deciding factor about whether I buy the car or not. I've always walked away from cars that have been owned by abusers or non-enthusiasts for the reasons above. I don’t want a car someone has abused and driven into the ground.

You'll want to look at a sample of early car (pre 85.5) and late (85.5 +) to determine if you have a strong preference for the interior changes.
Also, Porsche did quite a nice job painting these cars. That paint get's a little beat after 15+ years and 100k miles, but it's often still quite nice to work with. Be sure you like the concept of a repainted car. If it's done really well, it's an added bonus. If it's not... who knows.
My 2 cents...
