Default Is this a good deal for parts?edit*pix of lemans rear wing*

well ive got a chance to get some hard to find parts(at least for me in hawaii)

-fiberglass rear wing-he said it came off a 924 race car,so im guessing its the super rare 924 fiberglass race spoiler,it looks alot like the lemans peice but the sides doesnt come as high, its like horsepowerfarms wing,it also comes with the hatch glass
-full bolt in roll cage, from what i can tell, its an auto power roll cage.
-some misc. parts i might need

heres my question hes asking $500 right now,for the fiberglass wing with hatch glass, roll cage and misc. parts that i might need.when he called me a while ago i was bouncing up and down -> <- but i just wanted to make sure that i wasnt getting ripped off or something.btw,i bought some other parts from him as well.heres what i bought from him:

-944 turbo frot bumper
-944 turbo fenders
-951 throttle body
-951 M030 shocks-ride height adjustable
-951 rear under spoiler-i bought it for my dads 83 944

i got all of that for $880,i asked him how much for just the bumpers and fenders he wanted $600,a mere $280 more and i can get some adjustable shocks and rear diffuser,i could pass that up.so if you guys can post what you think about the deal im getting please post some feedback if i should jump on it or not.thanx

edit**ive got pix off the 924 hatch glass and fiberglass lemans rear wing.it doesnt seem to be the gt-raing peice because its sides arent as high,it seems i have the same peice as horsepowerfarm.though,i dont seem to have the side trim peices,i would think it broke off but its rounded at the ends(if it broke off it'd be hollow)btw, the PO who did the job was pretty smart on a way of attaching the spoiler to the hatch.he made brackets that attach to the spoiler with rivets, and then screw on the the base of the 924 hatch.i didnt see any mounting points for the spoiler like on the 944s and 951s.but most of the screws broke off at the head,so ill be drilling some off them out.if anyone else has this wing, can you tell me how you guys attached it to the frame(the ones with a 924 hatch the is)you can see the difference between the stock spoiler versus the lemans unit.theres minor hair line cracks, but ive got friends that could fix that.btw, last photo shows the current state of my car.parts everywhere.my ongoing blackpit money hole, errr i mean project....enjoy

Sounds like a good deal, the spoiler is probably just a GT Racing piece btw.

Why are you posting instead of purchasing?

That looks to be the same spoiler as what HP farm has, I've seen it in person. I don't think you can find them with the script on them anylonger as well.

oh,i purchased it a few days ago.the guy was nice enough to let me pay in payments.i gave him $250,for the 924 glass hatch, with lemans spoiler,2 lifters(though, when i got home they were bad),weltmester bushings(for the rear)and door speaker covers.i till owe em $300,cuz im going to pick up the autopower bolt in roll cage when i get the cash.pictures were at my house.the 924 hatch glass also has seem to be repaired,it looks real good.especially without the rear wiper plug.

That's a good deal on all that stuff, esp the roll cage, shipping from Cali to HI would be serious $$$.
