9xauto is like a bipolar company IMHO, they make some useful bits for the 944 crowd but they also make useless crap that works just as good as the Tornado Fuel Saver.

S2 uses airbox under the nose panel, cold air.

No it's not a gimmick. 9XAuto is a Porsche parts website. There is bad and good said about 9Xauto, however, he has always been fair to me so that is my 2 cents.

it was. dad bought one and it fits nothing like that. it was a tight fit. and yes. i would say its quite a gimmick.

Just look at the size of the airbox Porsche gave you. Then look at the size of that thing they want you to put in the box. Which would give you more air? the box or the box with a little filter in it???

This guy did a test on the long intake and a shorter one. He said the shorter one performed much better.
