hey guys i just checked my dip stick and it read about 2 mm above the 2nd mark...is too much oil bad? i remember my friend telling me that during track days, he puts about 1/2 a qt more of oil...but for daily driving does this extra pressure hurt the seals? thanks

way too much can be, but how much more your stick reads is nothing to worry about

If your car is anything like mine, a couple of runs near redline will burn that oil right up .
