No washer fluid?
Bet you checked that. Hearing the pump is a good start. Make sure the pick-up tube goes to the bottom. Look for fluid running out of the hood or at the Tee on top of the tank. What I really suspect are gummed-up one-way valves inside the hood. These prevent the fluid from draining out and give an "instant on" when you hit the button. I've "fixed" them with a drill bit but then the fuild runs back into the tank. Haven't figured out what solvent will clean those and not eat the plastic.

Happened to me as well
Clogged hoses? Non-working T-Valve? Combination of both? Broken/Unconnected hose? Have someone turn on the washer while you follow the stream of blue liquid?

From what I can tell the fluid is not getting sucked up at all. The hoses loo ok though.

Jeeper,
Then follow the tubes from the pump. Pull them off and see what comes out.

Nozzles plugged ,a frequent occurence on my 83 944. Take them off and soak them in CLP overnight in a cup, a limestone remover for taps, kettles and Porsche windscreen washer nozzles. I tried poking the crud out with an needle, no luck. Those hole are small! In my case seems to be a buildup
of crud from God knows where. Works for me, anyhoo...

I finally go to the chance to check my washers. I loaded up the resevior with fluid and tried again and nothing. Is seems that even though I hear the pump it is not sucking up the fluid. I detached the hose going to the drain tube and besides breaking where it attaches, nothing is squirting. What should I do next?
