have you checked to see if the lines are clear to the nozzles?

fluids aren't compressible. if you have any type of blockage the fluid won't flow.

When I disconnected the hose from the output of the pump it still didn't pump anything. this doesn't say that there is not a blockage but also could be another reason for it not working.
