Default Throttle Body problem

well,i decided to reseal the throttle body on my 951.i got the first screw off(btw,ive resealed it before but i had low hg. so i figured trying again),but when i tried to loosen the second,it slipped!i was hoping it didnt strip,but it did.so i go and try other phillips heads,no avail,made it worst.i goto sears and grab 2 types of screw extractors,no avail,made it even more worse.is there any other way to get this friggin screw out or am i screwed into buying a used 951 TB,if so does anyone have on for sale?thanx in advance...pic below

I had to drill one of those out.
I did it VERY CAREFULLY. You don't want to bend anything.

I used a sharp, regular bit and have a hole in my table to remind me of it...

Is there locktight on there? If so, I might consider heating it with a torch and then going at it with the screw extracter one more time.

Hey;

I would heat it in any event. Even propane would probably work on something so small. A little heat is an amazing thing!
