Momo Steering Wheel Owners, Any pictures?
Anyone have any pictures of Momo steering wheels in their 944s? I'm interested in the model 78, which is the same as the Monte Carlo, but in suede instead of smooth leather. Just wondering if you wanna share some pictures. Any Monte Carlo model owners welcome to post pictures in their late models so I can get an idea of how it looks

I wish I could remember. I bought it years ago and transfered it from another car that got killed....and I can't find the receipt....I get people asking me all the time.
That momo Monte Carlo has gone through three cars as well....the others were sold with the stock wheel
I had what is called a runner (http://www.9xauto.com/momo/momo.htm) I think it is called, it did not match the personality of the car, but was nice(too modern).

Thats a great looking dash. I have seen other kits for it but cant justify spending $150+ on the quality lookinng ones.
I have the Momo Champion myself, looks alright and has a good size and feel to it. I probably would have switched to the ProtoTipo but i have alot of 'history' with this steering wheel being on my 924S also. In my opinion its one of the best looking wheels.
I recommend checking out LTBMotorsport.Com if you are looking to purchase online. They have great prices on Momo products and have always been very prompt the 3 seperate times i purchased from them.
This is the ProtoTipo i was talking about...

not exactly what you were looking for, but its a momo - Top Power, it will be coming out soon and be replaced with a 930S wheel. I like the wheel, just dont like the red anymore. Oh and stiggy - I was going to get a suede wheel - it will get real nasty if you drive around with out gloves on..just a thought.

My momo wheel is kindof scuzzy. It might have been suede in another life, I don't know. I'm going to have to see if I can clean it back into former glory...
Looks like its the same as the $295 "Top Power"?
And I've been hunting for a good deal on one of those p-car horn buttons like testa has, I think they look great!

Or just go to their website to see all that they offer, Kickin' Dash
I will be getting one in the future, once other things are finished.

Here's a link:

In the interest of fairness, I am a partner in NISsport and designed all our products. I'm also on shakey ground mentioning this, so this is all I'll say. I don't want to cause problems here. PM me if you'd like more info. I really need to work with John on setting up a Rennlist store (or whatever you want to call it) where any orders placed will send a cut to support Rennlist.

This is my vintage Momo wheel...I'm pretty sure it's from the early 80's or so. It's been re-wrapped and flipped around, with the holes countersunk on the new side.
To be honest I don't really like it; I like it that's it's small (because I have big legs), but I originally got it for my 83 944, and it looked alot better in front of the 3-gauge pod setup of the older interior.
If anyone wants to trade for a newer one, let me know!
