Iceshark... Looking for Iceshark.... anyone seen him lately....?
...starting to worry about him a little... haven't seen him around, or heard from him, in just over 3 weeks... I've sent a few e-mails & have left a few phone messages- I know he had a lot going on over the past few months, but, he's usually fairly easy to get ahold of... Does anyone here know if he's ok...?

Yes, I sent some money too, for bulbs, but, that's not what I'm trying to reach him about... As far as the money goes, I'm not worried about that- he's a good guy- no worries there. I'm just hoping something bad hasn't happened to him.... I know he had a few things happen several months ago & he even had to go across the country to help a family member- maybe he suddenly had to go back....
Does anyone here live near him in MN....? I know he's fairly close to St Paul, but, not in St Paul...

Last I heard from him was Sept 11, he was getting ready to go on an extended vacation, diving in the Pacific for a while.
He said he'd have a beer under a palm tree and hum a few bars of "Oh, Christmas Tree" for me.

I believe Dan is on Vacation, he told me he was going for a month, that was on 9-15 and I think he was leaving the following week. Dont know if he chose Alaska or the Pacific. Either way, you have no worries, he is on the few guys that I wouldnt give a thought in the world to about having my money.

You're right Matt, Dan is the last guy you would ever need to worry about having your money. I think that is what everyone else is feeling. I think the posts were stimulated more out of worry that something bad might have happened for Dan. I am very relieved to hear that he is just enjoying a long vacation.
As Kevin said, the communal concern for Dan expressed here does show the high regard we hold him in.

I was also wondering about him. I've been in contact about buying a negative ground cable kit from him; I was ready to send off a cheque and he said to hold off while he made sure he had the kit ready to go, and I never heard back from him.
I still want to buy it!!!

Vacation- good deal... was hoping it was something like that.... Yes, my reason for posting this was out of concern for him... not for a little money... have done too many deals w/him to worry about that anyway... thanks for the input guys... I'll give him another week or so before I send another e-mail...
