One of my customers owns a Dino Ferarri. He paid $18,000 a few months ago, and it came with $40,000 worth of work reciepts.
He's said that every maintenance routine runs around $6000.

Take the cars.

Not to mention a Ferrari or 911. Hey just becareful when you want to drive them. It could get expensive.
I saw a totally ruined Ferrari at 20th St. Auto being loaded onto the back of a tow truck by a FORK lift.... it was teetering back and forth on the forks

Id bet dollars to donuts that you could make a profit selling it to a yard or posting an AD in the paper. Obviously SOMEBODY will have a use for a running Ferrari if I saw a d00d buying one that looked like a crushed tin can!

Obviously he doesn't know what he has, a Dino in rough shape will still fetch $20-30k. Restored/models in good condition trade hands for $70,000 all day long. I can't tell you how happy for you I am, i'm sitting here all giddy and the cars aren't even for me, I guess it's just the thought of getting *FREE FERRARI!*

Actually, i'll make the first offer on the Dino. Even trade for my 944

This is one of those typical internet stories that will never have a conclusion on here. You heard it here first.

Some people have all the luck. And I thought I had a good day yesterday when I found a dime on the sidewalk.

Only take them if they can be garaged. Otherwise, give them to me!

Stuff like this is posted ALL the time on car forums and there are never pic's and the thread is one day simply left to die with no mention of what happened in the end. I say it's B.S>

Get them and sort it out later. If its an early 70's 246 Dino, that's a good thing. The later 4- seat Dino's are not so nice and Ferrari parts are big $$$. I'd take any free 911 I could get my hands on. Where in MD are they. I'm going to visit my parents in the Gaithersburg area this weekend and I have a trailer.

Reality check. A non-running 911 is often a liability, as it will cost more to get running and put back into shape than it is worth. A barely running Dino too can be a liability. I've met the Raven and doubt he's BS'ing us. I also have no doubt some one would be mad enough at his step-kids to overlook them. This doesn't mean any of us wouldn't love to have the chance to grab this.

Some folks' consistent negativity is as refreshing as a junkyard breeze. Raven, don't let me down. Finish the story.

I'm not saying it's all BS, more likely this boss's uncle guy is just idly making threats to put the fear o' god into his stepkids.
