PCA/FPCC Cruise N’ Drive ’05 - Sept. 10,2005

Its almost that time of year again, time for the Florence Park Care Center fund raiser “cruise in’ drive”. Last year was the very first and even though it was planned less than a month earlier, twenty five cars showed making donations to the residents activity fund and raising over $150 altogether . This year with the help of the Porsche Club and the staff of Florence Park, we hope to have even more cars and Porsche enthusiasts. The day starts off with a cruise in at Florence Park in the front lot starting at 12:30pm and we will have refreshments available for everyone who attends. At 3:30 everyone who would like to go on a nice cruise through some scenic N. Kentucky roads will start off, total tour should take around two hours with one stop about half way through at a gas station for restroom breaks, etc. Our tour will end at the Hofbrauhaus in Newport by approximately 5:30pm. Admission is free but we will be taking donations at the registration table for the residents activity and outing fund. Last year was a great time and a big success so I hope to see all of you again, see you there!

-Directions to Florence Park Care Center at 6975 Burlington Pike, Florence Ky. 41042-

Coming from Cincinnati on 75 south take the Burlington Pike exit and turn left, we will be about two miles down on the right just past Entire Auto and KOI , directly across from Boone Co. High.

Renee and I had a great time last year. My arms hurt just thinking about that twisty road.

We'll be there, barring any unforseen circumstances.
