Default anybody clean the haze out of the instrument cluster cover?

I have this Meguiars Plastix that I think I'd like to try on my gauge plastic cover. I'll be careful and use it in the corner first. Has anyone had any luck with this job using this product or others?

Yup, plastic polish on a cotton rag (old tshirt) rubbed my gauges so clean you can't even tell there's a cover on them. Don't grind at one spot too long, but if you feel a little heat, its working its magic.

Nice...

I'm hittin my gauge cluster reflectors with 0000 steel wool. Its removin it good, not very hazy after the steel wool either, the plastic polish should fix it almost perfect..

Carcarespecialties.com also sells a plastic cleaner - mild abrasive - worked wonders for a horn button I was trying to restore. Unfortunately, I don't recall the brand name - but it comes in a sky blue bottle and has different grits.

What are you going to use as a reflective cover over the light tunnel? I used HD aluminum foil which worked like a champ.
