need to buy throttle body
i finally after at least 7 months of ignoring my 83 944,i used a vacuum test
that i read on this forum using 3 inch pvc and my air compressor,it worked
perfectly,i found 2 major leaks,one in the intake manifold and one did not
expect,a huge leak in the upper shaft of the thottle body under the spring.
has anyone ever seen that leak in that area?
does anyone have a throttle body they want to sell?
i found a few prior leaks, before using this compessor test,and was resigned to
parting out this car,but i have hope again.

just so you know, they TB's should (NEED) to be resealed. there is a reseal kit for 20 bucks by arnwrx thats easy and awsome to do. Paragon sells it for him too. so if you buy a used tb, or keep yours either one should be resealed. imaging how those 22 year old o rings in there look.
