944Fest (aka Dan P)

Well, I can say this. This will be the last year the 944Fest trophies will look like this. I am all out of these pull back 944 Cabs. I've driven back and forth the whole northern 1/2 of Ohio buying up these silly things and now I'm doing the touch up work. You see, they come with crappy looking off-white plastic interiors. I dissasemble them, paint them flat black, and put them back together. Kate helped me out with this batch. For those of you lucky enough to take one of these home, I want you to know this is no "check a box on an order form" piece. These are custom, one of a kind (OK, 13 of a kind) hand made works of art. I'm still trying to perfect the identification portion of the deal. I've got a lead on an acrylic puck I can engrave and plug in the hole where the crank once was. Nice, but another $20 per. I'm not sure what I will do there. For now, the toppers are ready.
