I like the way the panel looks on the rear of my car. The PO put it on there and I have no idea where he got it. I also like the fact there are no lights on my tag.

Ahhh the ol' to ditch or not to ditch the aftermarket light bar. Definately requires some minor body work to get it all back to original specs... all that said to each his own.

Oh BTW Ted, I'm a picture ***** myself (in therapy). I got a digi-camera last summer right before the fest and absolutely love taking pictures now. If I wasn't such a jock in highschool, I wish that I would have taken some type of photography class to understand principles of light and color and exposure. Oh well, can't change the past but I could teach you how to throw a wicked curve ball '-)

Later,
Cory

i didnt smoke it, but you can see that my left tailight mustve been replaced that its the same color. either these were taken from a 924, or were from the same company....im assuming my right light is original.

Cory, my friend just dropped like $6,000 on photo equipment, which is what he is in school for. I seriously never thought there was much to it, until I saw some nice shots. Those pics you sent me from last years get together were amazing. Sorry I couldn't make this years, as I am stuck in NY. I am looking forward to meeting you at the fest though!

Is it really aftermarket? They never came like that from the factory? Was it a factory option? I have the "944" light panel but I like the "PORSCHE" one better.

The panels were a North American thing on these cars...many American dealers installed them before them went to the showroom floor...at least that is what I heard PCNA has claimed

Some graphic choices..sorry for the low res. I did them off your last shot, but due to size constraints.. The two in the middle, just have the porsche line below the lenses removed.

I have done that before, but then I saw a poster in some parts catalog(automotion I think) of 928 rears(which is what I first did it on) then it seemed so overdone
I also did it on a side shot of a turbo, and used it as a desktop..I went blind!!

Thanks! The turbo actually looks pretty decent in your pic, maybe it is the size, and without the badge as well. The porsche lettering looks pretty nice as well, IMO. . . .

Is it easy to pull that porsche sticker under the taillights, w/o messing up the paint?
