I might be up for a meet on Sunday, I am not generally a big fan of multicar runs though. Either you get up *real* early or you end up in a slowish, stately parade, and/or pulling a lot of hairball passes to get around the many members of the Anti-Destination League that our state plays host to for most of the year. Eventually somone goes into the ditch or down a rocky hillside and sometimes it's me.

Not my idea of an enjoyable afternoon motoring about.

I might tag along and play catch-up or try to meet up at the lunch spot or something though.

Joel I agree. At the Malibu/Glendora runs the "meet and greet" is done by 7:00 and by 7:15 and on a Sunday that works out pretty good. If one likes extra time to suck down a 40 of coffee or shoot pics, they just get there earlier. Not to sure what to expect arount these parts, or on a Saturday for that matter. Let's see what the Event Drive Coordinator has to say.......

Event Cooordinator, could we get a teaser of what this run will feature.......keeping in mind an early departure is imperative. I guess that rules out a couple of the more southern-based 951 units Unemployed eh, your lungs will thank you.

hahaha... Yeah...

Lets see... Sadly, I can't run...I'm in uber gas conservation mode cuz the boss kept half of my paycheck and there's not a damn thing I can do about it... So, I can plan something for you guys, but it looks like I'm resorting to detailing cars and yardwork for income for a little bit

Yesterday morning vacuum problems were a little touch n' go after the turbo swap but pressing up the intake found the smoking gun. The rear large vac line off the intake manifold had cracked clean through on the inner radius. A call to the local World Pac supplied shop proved "dealer only" and dealer put the line at three days out. Every good wrencing needs a little drama! After installing another rock hard hose found on the spare turbo motor I was up and running. With the ocotupus resealed idle has crept up to 1200 and that will get adjusted today.

Oh, new turbo pulls up to 6500, pretty cool

The weather will be absolutely perfect for tomorrows run, Denver temps in the 90's usually cause an exodus to the mountians but Dad's day should keep a lot of folks local.
