Mileage is ~258k, 35k during which I have owned it.

Well, I drove it for about an hour yesterday and it drives great. Maybe it all the dirt and frustration talking before. Clutch has enough grip to chirp the tires, but a new one would be nice in the future. Car was a theft recovery, but there is no visible damage to any of the locks or ignition.

The bad:

Needs new tie rods and steering shaft (good used replacements included)
Oil seperator leaking (good used one included)
Leaks oil
Needs to be aligned
Stereo stolen
Tranny makes noise under decelleration but works flawlessly
The paint is far from excellent (peeling clear on front end)

The good:

New timing/balance shaft belts, rotors/pads all within the last 500 miles

Please note, weltmeister swaybars not included.

So whats a fair price? I'm thinking something around $1500, but your input is welcome. Also, I can arrange for a fellow rennlister to test drive it and give you an honest opinion of the car.

Does not look all that bad. Would make a good daily driver for someone, But they better be mechanically inclined!
