T belt replacement, crank pulleys off or not?

Well..she's all back together..never did find that nut..did stop by the dealer and buy 3 of them..just for future disappearances :-) Would have just used a plastic sleeved lock nut, but didn't want to rile the OEM Porsche God of Belts!!
