Guys,
I've been busy lately and am not sure when things are going to let up so I'm not in the best position to plan this right now. Is there someone who has the time that does not mind scheduling this? Sorry for the hold up but I don't want to hold this up any longer for those that are looking forward to attending.......

Just contact the tracks in the area and see if they can or will offer a group rate and just schedule it. I have an offer from one so far but have not called the others.

With you in Terre Houte, is it a long distance call into Indy?

Not on my cell phone... Where have you called? There are really only 2 tracks in Indy worth our time. Fastimes on the North Side and Whiteland on the South side... How many people are we looking for and what is a good price??

I just realized if we do it 500 weekend I won't be here to go to it. I have to go home to go to a wedding. Is that when you wanted to do it or can it be another time??

IT's not up to me. I doubt I can make it. That's why I need to give up the planning because I;m going to gone for the next couple weeks and most of June. Just post a poll asking for the prefered weekend or just pick that works for you and let everyone know where and when.
