Eyal, the slight lateral movement is necessary, or else the whole system would be stressed. Besides, it's really not that much anyways, because you need to change the vertical height (which is hard with the weight of the car in a hard turn). Also, every single racing swaybar I have seen (be it weltmeister, kokeln, tarett, etc) have used spherical mounts. I am positive they know much more than me.

It is important to have adjustable endlinks for preload purposes.

Very easy, all it takes is removing two bolts. Btw, with the length very close to the stock droplinks, it is nearly impossible to pre load these. This is because the center mounts are NOT fixed. You can preload the stock ones because there is no moving mechanism and the torque of the nut can undesirably bind the droplink.

So here is the deal, I called my supplier and I can get more of them in 5 days, but I do need confirmation or payment in advance.

I'll be entertaining orders up through Monday (5/09) afternoon, and then I will place my order. I will ship all orders out the following Saturday, or Monday at the latest.

If you have enough trust in me, go ahead and paypal the money at Serge944@gmail.com and be sure to include a mailing address. If you want to send a money order, you can PM me for my address.

Thanks a lot guys. Also, I can order some in the future too, if you miss the Monday deadline, but I need a minimum order of 5 sets.

So far, I have made shipments to: Ted Wright, Vinay, Eyal, Stephen Magown, Devon, and Scott Stewart.

Did you guys know that there is a minimum shipping size at usps? I had to do a little arguing. Ill make my boxes a little bigger next time.

The rest will go out soon.

Thanks for the quick payment guys!

well, it has to be big enough to put a label on i use the free boxes they give from usps. the smallest size is prettty tiny. why dont you use those? USPS it doesnt matter how big the package is (until you get pretty big) only the weight matters.

Late in the post--
Serge, We think alot alike. I tried this a few months back and finding metric heims this size at a "reasonable" price is a pain!
I had bought a metric pair, came with aluminum spacers, Mind Over Performance (site sponsor) noted them during my four wheel align and said what the hell? I manfactured new spacers out of SS, contacted supplier and they said "that's unusual", DUH!
IMO, watch the Teflon lining! Without a boot and once grit gets in there, the ball faces will get chewed off! They are wide open to the elements after all!

I was incredibly pleased with the tolerances on the rod ends, especially the male end (the female is a little bit looser).

The rod ends on my weltmeister swaybars have lasted quite a bit and are still perfectly smooth, even though they were coated in so much grime you couldn't see the zinc coating. (I just took both bars off the '86 today)

Thanks for the idea Kevin, I'll look into ways of incorporating some kind of rubber shield around the ball.

As long as you have a rear swaybar, these will fit any 944 or 968.

Here's a diagram to avoid any confusion with the nylon spacers.

Feel free to send the payment now, if you'd like. I will ship out a set for you on may 16th, just like all remaining orders.

Thanks,
Serge
