Just read the website again and noticed fitments are 87-91 944. No 86 951's then? If no, then no thanks, I thought those fit the turbo.

The KLA-Brace I have a problem thinking its going to do anything (flexable).. I mean if the bar can be flexed by hand I am sure they car will flex it when going around corners..

Yeah, I agree that it is flexy if you move it up and down (when installed in the car). But the bar only has to be rigid in a side to side linear fashion because that is the movement of the towers. To kind of get an idea, jack the car up on one side behind one of the front wheels, then try to install/un-install the brace with the bolt that goes thru the heim joint.

I still rather it have less side/side movment (maybe an oval main section or something)

Agreed. Something like the Turbo Cup brace, or even (yum) the carbon 968TRS brace.

I have looked at both their strut brace and camber plates.

The strut brace is nice and looks well made. Not sure if it is "better" than many of the cheaper ones out there. Heck all it is strip of metal going between two points.

Their camber plates are more interesting. They are hybrind plates. Not true race plates, but stiffer than the stock street gear. They are not true race plates since they have a rubber material in them rather than all metal race plate.

m758, their camber plates seem like they would be perfect for a street car, I like their strut brace for the added clearance...

I'll update you guys with their prices when I get em...

I have the Dynatech brace. The real advantage is It lets you preload the strut towers, which is the only thing that makes a strut brace effective IMO…..

I can preload em with my welt bar if i want to. But the thing is put together with rod ends... I i dunno how much movement those bearings allow.

These have to work better:

No heim joint or rod ends to allow rotation and therefore the parallelogram effect.
