ok, its very likely that im just an idiot and i dont know what im talking about... but how do you get the top to stand up like that?? from looking at mine it only looks like you can remove it... doesnt look like theres a way to prop it up?!?!

Terry, that is the tilt feature. Basically it can only be done with the car on or the key in the 'on' position. If yours does not tilt, its more than likely you have a problem with the limit switches in the hatch area. If your sunroof does not move at all, that would be the switches or a problem with the gears being stripped, blown fuse or bad relay.

I forget which button position does what, but press the sunroof bottom while the car is running, i believe you press the button back (towards you) and the roof should tilt up. Press the switch fowards and the arms will retract, and if your limit switches are setup correctly will stop when the roof is closed and secured.
