Mine was leaking at the same place and it is an easy repair. Where the metal line turns to rubber go back a couple of inches on the metal line and use a dremel tool and cut the metal line. Get some rubber power steering hose or rubber transmission hose , about 18 inches the same size as the existing rubber hose. Push the hose onto the metal line you just cut about 3 inches, put 2 clamps on it. Clamp the other end on the coil and you are ready to go.

Duct tape by itself is often utterly useless..... But pair it with a bunch of zipties, and youre set!

Note the coolant hose... That held for 3 weeks or so. Didnt leak a drop that I ever noticed.

You know you can cut the crimps off the rubber hose ends and pull them off and replace them with standard transmission hose and hose clamps. The ends of the lines are flared, so even better. There are 3 sections of rubber line you need to replace, one from the res to the hardline, 2nd connects the two hardlines, easily accessibly at the passenger wheelwell, and the 3rd is the end that connects to the rack. You may have to just drop the rack out of it's mounts quick to get the hose off the back. I just did the whole line for all of about 7 bucks.

the amount of time you spend faking this fix, you could be at work, earning money to fix it the right way. Just a thought.

Just drive with the PS belt off, I've been doing it for a while and I'm getting used to it.

Gives you a little workout everytime you're drivin around slowly... :-p

If the leak is in the short section before the coils then the fix I referred to replaces the bad hose and will not leak. I repaired mine a year ago and it has not leaked since. You may have leaks somewhere else but this will take care of the leak described.
