man that was a great vid! I was just reading up on the sea to shining sea competition the other day. One guy answered an ad in the paper to drive a cadillac to LA for this rich guy. He specifically said no hi speeds. They made it to LA in under 40hrs! ALso brings up some fond memories of our trip to arkansas and back in 24hrs straight driving there and back. Good times.

that was cool. that really makes me think that theres a ton of these cars out there that either just get really really really mistreated, or they just cant handle time. ive seen cars in bad shape, but it just seems like there are a higher percentage of 924/944 in horrible shape than percentages of other cars.

 

I disagree completely. I think there is so many more 944's in good condition than there are cars of that price bracket of that age... proportionally of course.

 

yeah, i think most other cars are abused just as bad, just not many people care. How many chevettes do you see running around or being restored?
