Default Parting out 1989 944

I am parting out my 89 944 the only thing I am keeping is the head.The 3.0L block and everything else is up for sale.

2.7's are 104mm block with a 2.5l crank, you can make a 3.0 block out of them with the S2/968 crank.
They also have 104mm 2v pistons which could be milled or flycut for 3.0 turbo use.

How's the rear hatch? Is the glasss seperating from the frame, or no?

I not sure about that....I think the 3.0L 104mm 4v pistons had their wrist pins moved for additional rod clearance with the 3.0 crank

Ok like Joel Frahm said that is the block for sale.has the 2.5 Crank and 3.0 block The quaiffe will sell with the whole tranny PM me if your intrested on that I won't take it out of the tranny though.Rear hatch is shot.The interior is white.I am selling the cargo cover from my 87 951 it is black.

Ahh, you are right the wrist pin location would be wrong.
