Where should my next Porsche road trip take me?
I have a couple of options...
Helena, Montana...my car get's to see it's old owner, and maybe go to Canada again. Stay away from the deer...
Los Angeles, California...I've never been there, and there are a lot of Rennlisters who could show me the town, maybe [mooch]Provide a place to stay [/mooch]
Texas, anywhere in the state... Why the hell not? and Sharky is there, I can shoot an AK...
Topeka, Kansas... The place where my rod bearing spun...wait, why the hell would I wanna go back there?
Other...suggestions. It's a week long road trip during spring break. I'm not gonna have a lot of money, because I'm going to sebring the following week...Keep in mind, I'm lookin for someplace at MOST 20 Hours away from Denver.

I can't make it to Hershey!
I'm actually talkin with my dad about goin to 944 Fest, in a Caravan of the 924S and the 951S...it'll be cool. Is there anything going on to view or participate at Mid-Ohio around the time of the fest?

but the thing is, 944fest doesn't take place during spring break... there's really no contest. I just need to find someone to go with. I'm thinkin before that...

Stay out of Canada for a few more months if you don't want to bother with the chains.

Swing through LA, but you really need to see the CA central coast. It is beautiful here in the bay areas. Monterey and SF alike! Plus, Laguna Seca is exactly 4 miles from my house....

Is Laguna Seca available for renting during the week? Could I get track time if I wanted? if so, that'd pretty much seal the deal...
