Default Pictures and more pictures

I went for a nice 100 mile drive today. The car has been sitting in the garage for almost 2 weeks without being started. As usual it started right up and drove great. Drove down to indy and back. It seems like it begs for you to take it past 5000 rpms in second third and fourth. I did it once in second and third and didn't want push it to much more, the boost is amazing. One of the reasons i like it so much is because this thing is nearly 20 years old and pulls really hard at full boost, got to appreciate the machinery that went in to these cars in the late 80's! The roads are dry but man the car gets dirty quick. Now i remember why i wanted a red car. I changed the airfilter and plugs before the drive and it drove perfect. I looked at the intercooler and it looks pretty dirty. Next project is to get that cleaned. Any performance gains with a clean intercooler?
Here is some pics.
Thanks
Antonio

Great looking car.

Just curious about the lug nuts. Are those lug nuts the ones for use with the wheel locks? Thats what it looks like atleast on your second to last picture posted.

Really easy to fix since you won't have to jack up the car if you swap one nut at the time.

Great pictures and a beautiful car. I really think the new BMW's have lines similar to the 944, don't know if anyone else has noticed the similarities, maybe it just me.
